This week, influencer Kayla Malec received widespread support online after her ex-boyfriend, Evan Johnson, pleaded guilty to charges related to domestic assault. On April 7, Johnson faced charges of domestic assault in Sumner County, Tennessee. Johnson was found guilty and is prohibited from contacting Malec or maintaining online accounts on TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook.

He is currently in custody and was also charged with a probation violation related to a DUI.
