Diddy and Son Justin Face Allegations of Luring Woman to LA for Alleged Gang Rape Incident
Justin Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit. Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the suit claims that Justin lured a woman, known only as “Jane Doe,” from Louisiana to Los Angeles with promises of a television job in 2017. According to the lawsuit, once she arrived, she was allegedly held against her will, drugged, and sexually assaulted by Justin, his father, and two other masked men. The lawsuit, submitted on Monday, lists multiple defendants including Sean Combs, Justin Combs, and their businesses, Combs Enterprises LLC and Bad Boy Entertainment.
The claims encompass sexual assault and battery, gender violence, and negligent supervision, with the lawsuit seeking damages for both past and future lost earnings alongside a jury trial. In response, Combs’ media team issued a statement on Friday denying the allegations. They asserted that no amount of lawsuits could alter the fact that Combs has never engaged in sexual assault or trafficking. They emphasized faith in the judicial process and expressed confidence in a favorable outcome in court.
As per the lawsuit, Justin allegedly initiated contact with Jane Doe via Snapchat in early 2017 after discussing her aspirations in the entertainment industry. He reportedly invited her to Los Angeles under the guise of helping her career, but the trip devolved into a traumatic experience. Upon her arrival, Jane found herself at a house referred to as “The Glass House,” where Justin reportedly engaged in drug use and inappropriate behavior. The situation escalated when Jane was introduced to several men, one of whom she recognized as Sean Combs.
The lawsuit alleges she was taken to a bedroom and raped while incapacitated. After the ordeal, she returned to the airport and claims to have suffered severe emotional and physical trauma as a result. The lawsuit highlights a pattern of allegations against Sean Combs, who is currently embroiled in a separate trial concerning racketeering and sex trafficking. Jane Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, expressed pride in her courage to speak out and affirmed their commitment to seeking justice.
As of now, Combs’ team has yet to respond formally to this latest lawsuit.
