Jane, Diddy’s Ex-Girlfriend, Testifies About Financial Threats Leading to ‘Freak Offs’

Today’s proceedings in Diddy’s federal trial saw significant testimony from a former girlfriend of the music mogul, who took the stand under the pseudonym “Jane.” In her testimony, Jane recounted how Diddy pressured her into participating in drug-fueled sexual encounters known as “freak offs.” She described the initial phase of their relationship, which began in 2021, as affectionate but noted that everything changed following her first “freak off.” She likened the experience to opening a “Pandora’s box,” feeling an obligation to continue due to Diddy’s financial support.

Jane indicated that these sexual encounters could extend from 24 to 30 hours without any sleep, as Diddy organized “freak offs” worldwide. She, identified as “Victim-2” in the indictment, is expected to continue her testimony over several days, unpacking allegations that Diddy utilized his business empire to satisfy his personal desires. Additionally, Bryana Bongolan, a friend of another alleged victim, testified for a second day regarding an incident in 2016 where she claimed Diddy dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony in Los Angeles.

Under cross-examination, defense attorney Nicole Westmoreland challenged her timeline and even presented evidence indicating Diddy was in New York at the time. Enrique Santos, an investigator, also took the stand to discuss technology-related evidence, including messages relating to Bongolan’s allegations. A notable moment arose when Judge Arun Subramanian reprimanded Diddy for making facial expressions directed at jurors during testimony.

Diddy’s demeanor throughout the trial has been noticeably engaged, as he interacts closely with his legal team. Looking ahead, Jane is set to return to the stand for further questioning. The courtroom continues to draw attention, with courtroom proceedings closely monitored by media and spectators alike.
